DO NOT GO THERE!! People here steal money like there is no tomorrow. Even for your records you have to pay, they charged for any type of medicine 3 times more of real price. They billed me and also collect money from my insurance. I am cuban, and I am so embarrassed that Doctor Fernandez takes advantage of all those Spanish speakers that go to his facility. The people in the front desk cant be any more rude. I hope that people realize that THEY ARE HONEST DENTIST! Just look around like I did !! NO VALLAN A ESE LUGAR Por favor no vallan a este dentista, esta gente roba dinero sin compasion. La gente que trabaja en frente, no les importa nada, no pueden ser mas insencibles, siempre tan amargadas, nunca tienen una sonrisa disponible. Cambie de doctor, y me llamaron a pedirme dinero por mi record, las palabras de la asistente fueron: tienes que pagar porque es tiempo perdido el sacar copia a tu archivo. Te cobran por todo, y encima la sacan dinero a tu seguro. Te dan medicina que te cobran hasta 3 veces mas de lo que puedes pagar en la farmacia o internet. Me da tanta verguenza que el Doc Fernandez permita que se abuse y se robe tanto, hay mucha gente que no habla ingles y van a su oficina y a los pobres le cobran hasta por el agua. ESPERO GENTE LATINA QUE BUSQUEN UN DENTISTA HONRADO Y QUE AYUDE A SU COMUNIDAD NO QUE NOS ROBE.
